Biography

Chris Rand leads Elite Technical Consulting's commercial growth, building pipeline, partnerships, and proposal strategy across federal, state, and commercial markets. He brings 25+ years of senior commercial leadership across BPO and contact-center operations, government contracting, enterprise technology, and financial services, with a track record of driving $37M–$98M in annual revenue and standing up commercial organizations from the ground up.

Before joining Elite, Chris served as Chief Business Development Officer at Magellan Solutions USA, where he built a $23.7M federal and commercial pipeline from zero and won ten contracts, including multiple U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs awards. Earlier, as Chief Revenue Officer at The CMI Group, he drove $37.5M in new revenue and 30+ enterprise and government contract wins, including New York Life, the Department of Veterans Affairs, UGI Utilities, US Cellular, CPS Energy, Comcast, Charter, and Nashville Electric, growing total sales 56% over five years. He previously held vice-president roles at Black Knight Financial Services, CoreLogic (multi-year President's Club), Dell | EMC (Documentum), and Hewlett-Packard.

Chris holds an MBA in Information Technology from Golden Gate University, completed Executive Leadership Development at Babson College, and earned a BA in Business Administration from St. Anselm College. He is the named inventor on three U.S. patents.
